双靶点mTORC1/2抑制剂onatasertib联合PD-1抗体toripalimab治疗晚期实体瘤的多中心I/II期临床研究

标记微管的一种机制是通过各种各样的微管蛋白翻译后修饰(PTM)。其中一种修饰方式是甘氨酰化,通过将二级甘氨酸链(支链)添加到蛋白质的主肽链产生。这些支链的长度可以从一个到二十个以上的甘氨酸残基不等。甘氨酰化由来自微管蛋白酪氨酸连接酶样(TTLL)家族的酶TTLL3,TTLL8和TTLL10催化。尤其是TTLL3和TTLL8对于甘氨酰化起始是必需的,因为它们产生初始的甘氨酸链。[查看]
