亚硝胺是由胺类和硝酸盐，一氧化氮或亚硝酸等含氮试剂发生化学反应形成的产物。亚硝胺是已知的致癌物，在多种环境中发现，以致污物或污染物的形式存在。因此，监测和测量这些产品的含量是十分必要的，色谱技术被广泛应用于此。Reagecon提供亚硝胺标准，用于亚硝胺的鉴定、纯度测定，稳定性和均一性分析。

亚硝胺标准液 产品介绍

Reagecon亚硝胺标准是即用型产品，既可以作为校正品，也可以作为分析质控溶液，用于一些列气相和液相色谱法检测，包括GC, GC-MS, HPLC和LC-MS。该产品可以用于验证特定检测方法，或者用于受监管行业的仪器校正。该产品是通过高性能GC-MS检测。

标准溶液根据重量/体积比通过称重法制备，净品根据重量通过称重法制备，精度为±2.5%。Reagecon按照IEC/ISO 17025认证体系对实验室天平进行校正（(INAB对应标准号: 265C)。标准溶液中每种组分的浓度使用高性能气相-质谱仪进行校验。每个分析组分的质谱图都与NIST质谱库标准图谱进行对照确认。标准液储存于1ml琥珀色玻璃安瓿瓶中。
