蛋白氨基和硫醇基标记试剂盒

一般来讲，与赖氨酸相比半胱氨酸相对少一些，因此硫醇基标记比氨基标记专一性更强。然而，赖氨酸和半胱氨酸在不同蛋白中有差异，在进行标记之前需要对蛋白的氨基酸序列和三级结构进行分析。

荧光蛋白的应用目的决定了它的标记策略，硫醇基标记更适合研究蛋白结构，功能和蛋白质相互作用；氨基标记用于免疫化学。
