检测心脏受损标志物ELISA试剂盒,用于动物心血管研究

检测心脏受损标志物ELISA试剂盒

心脏受损时就会释放心脏生物标志物到血液中,检测生物标志物的水平可指示心脏受损的程度。标志物比如心肌肌钙蛋白-I是专一用于检测心脏受损的标志物,而肌红蛋白,脂肪酸结合蛋白和MLC-1升高也是骨骼肌受损的结果。在人体中,肌红蛋白和脂肪酸结合蛋白是高于基线的标志物,心脏受损后2-4h增加就可以测定,9-12h达到高峰,24-36h又回到基线。心肌肌钙蛋白-I在4-6h超过基线,12-24h达到高峰,6-10天仍然会升高。我们一般的经验是动物心脏标志物在受损(1-2h)快速达到高峰,在1-2天又回到基线。

使用我们的动物肌钙蛋白-I,肌红蛋白,脂肪酸结合蛋白试剂盒结果见下图。血浆取自于兔心脏局部缺血前,缺血中及再灌注后,下图就体现出各自标志物的水平。和人的临床表现相同,肌红蛋白和脂肪酸结合蛋白在肌钙蛋白-I增加之前增加,并且肌钙蛋白-I比肌红蛋白和脂肪酸结合蛋白增加的时间要长。
