检测急性时相反应蛋白ELISA试剂盒

血液中急性时相反应蛋白显著增加是发炎,组织损伤或感染的结果,可被用于判断疾病级数的生物标志物。在不同物种中,急性生物标志物的反应不同。比如:C- 反应蛋白(CRP)在人体中会增加1000倍,而在大鼠中仅增加50%。恰恰相反,alpha-2巨球蛋白在大鼠中会增加100倍,而在人体中不会增加。
